Job Description

The Sales Team Manager is responsible for training and coaching agents and staff within the team and overseeing all agents and staff to ensure the team is functioning at its highest potential. In this role you will also be responsible for achieving the teams annual goals by keeping the agents and staff accountable through their tasks and overseeing all leads for the team.

Responsibilities to include the following, but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and selection of prospective salespeople
  • Training sales representative from start-to-finish; showings, negotiating, offers, client servicing, MLS system, lockboxes, scripts, shadowing, open houses, home inspections, purchaser visits, listing house for sales, listing and buyer consults, etc.
  • Responding to all leads promptly and qualifying and distributing them accordingly
  • Follow-up with each agent who receives the lead to ensure they are working towards closing them
  • Holding sales associates accountable to their goal
  • Meeting team goals
  • Hosting group coaching sessions weekly to go over every single lead to see where they are at and gauging whether or not they have the capacity for more leads
  • Being available for sales representatives questions
  • Setting up group chat where sales representatives can post questions to ensuring speedy responses
  • Setting client follow-up expectations and accountabilities
  • Setting standards and determining what happens if agents do not meet those standards
  • Handling team listing from start to finish
  • Booking appointments with buyers and sellers

 

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE
  • Minimum five (5) years experience as a Sales Representative
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a Leadership role
  • Must be technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
