Job Description

  • Work closely with design team to organize the design production team
  • Prepare and administer Project Schedules and Matrix in coordination with Project Managers
  • Develop and coordinate SIs, COs, RFIs with Project Managers
  • Develop structural steel modular optimization design and rationalization
  • Assist Project Manager and Project Coordinator in liaison with design team and clients
  • Assist in R&D for Automation Processes – Robotics and Parametric
  • Design and oversee the Document Control processes from design to fabrication
  • Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and technologists
  • Represent the Design Team on the construction floor, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections under the Design Director’s supervision
  • Review program specifications or blueprints to determine configurations for the various CNC and CFS machines
  • Write simple programs or load control media into machine controllers or robots
  • Follow all established safety procedures
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Ten (10) years in construction/architectural design
  • University education in related field
  • Minimum 5 years with Advanced and Solidworks
  • 3D modelling in REVIT, AutoCAD, and MS Project experience preferred
  • Experience managing drafting teams and project teams
  • Managing information flow between owners, design team, and the in-house teams
  • Advanced expertise in steel and building details
  • Knowledge and experience with CNC and CFS machinery
  • Knowledge of contract management and administration
  • Uncompromising commitment to safety
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with other team members
