Job Description

Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Manager, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing order assistance and support to customers, District Manger, Applications and Inside Sales and Accounting. CSRs develop close working relationships with clients by building trust and adding value through efficiency, accuracy and problem solving.

Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

  • Receiving customer orders via phone and email, including customer order contracts, quotations and referrals and accurately processing them in the appropriate software
  • Sales order expediting
  • Communicating pertinent order, product and policy information to internal partners and end users
  • Processing customer orders and rigorously following the system of checks and balances to uncover and correct order entry errors
  • Responding to customer inquiries for order status, order adjustments, samples, lead times, etc
  • Maintaining general awareness of production and other factors affecting scheduling and delivery of orders
  • Reviewing and coordinating implementation of changes and updates to sales orders
  • Handling serial number inquiries
  • Collaborating with and supporting teammates in customer service, outside sales, production, planning, accounting, logistics, I.T., etc to meet customer needs while optimizing company assets and capabilities
  • Completing / Assisting with shipping paperwork and shipping confirmations
  • Assisting as a backup for Inside Sales Applications on basic pump and/or package inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must be fluent in French - speaking & writing 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years customer service or sales experience in a technical area of a company
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
  • Experience with ERP software, preferably JD Edwards
  • Ability to set priorities, work with minimal supervision and handle numerous activities simultaneously, across a broad number of divisions
  • Must be customer focused and know about internal and external customer relationships
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
